this song's intro uses the riffs from DT's Just Let Me Breathe song (around 3:38). Very nice tribute imo. :)

Circus Maximus started out as a Dream Theater tribute band... So it's no surprise they have a strong DT influence. They did manage to forge their own sound though and i have to say they have a knack at making incredibly epic songs.
