unfortunately, when using legos, the linkage ratios are limited unless you make it insanely large or complex. Good job for getting it to work as well as it does

the title was probably reffering to the guy in his comment, not to himself for making this... check out the guy in the comment, u COULD say he is what the title suggest, because he makes giant machines, like a hundred foot long, move using wind ect.
