Several fire units responded to a house fire outside Forsyth on Tuesday, Sept. 15th, including: Forsyth, Warrensburg, Argenta - Oreana, Latham, Maroa, and Clinton.

Here's a hint, when you get to the surround and drown stage, you can take off those SCBA's. And if you put out the little bits of fire at your feet while you overhaul, you don't have to suck in all that smoke. Nice job on water supply, you guys just need not to work so hard when you don't need to. Your back and lungs will thank you 20 years from now.

why cut a hole in a ventilated roof and why was the ladder truck putting water on a roof that had no flames shooting out of it??? overall ,,, you got the fire out but you did a pritty sloppy job,,,

@righthandglove1 - I should have re-wrote that part. I meant to say I thank the house looks like a total lose. If they did save the house that's great, but wow that would have been a-lot of work. So much water damage and smoke (with the fire also). But I have seen people safe homes with more damage.

Turns out they dont have to vent the house with a saw anymore! They just use the freakin hose!
