I expected to see 'Expo 86' style buildings and concepts in Vancouver as they seem incapable of thinking past that when it comes to pavilions or 'new ideas',
but,
this tops it all. An ugly eye-sore that would have looked like a cheap US franchise store even 20 years ago.
Alberta's provincial pavilion looks awesome, non-80s crap and intriguing to visitors from other countries... oh and was built at half the cost.
Mind you.. Alberta's place will burn too easy in the inevitable riots.
