  • @farth3ad Topspin is nothing on hardcourts, it's all about being able to hit with pace. pace over spin unless on clay.

yes you win matches against inexperienced players, who can neither step up to the take ball early or know how to deal with topspin moonballs.

    topspin is relative.

  • @ozonese7en nalbandian's backhand is the greatest 2 hander tehre ever was. no one cares about topspin, if you actually played a intermediate to high level tennis you would understand that.

  • buen revez tiro ahi, raro

  • i was gonna disagree and say that nalbandian's backhand is slightly better than rafa's, but after watching this recent re-run of nadal vs davydenko at the abu dhabi exhibition in january (on tennis channel), i'd just have to say that rafa currently has the best two-handed backhand.

especially when he hits it open-stance, it's unbelievable how much pace AND/OR spin he can create with it! he was making davydenko's forehand in a cross-court rally look like some recreational player's backhand lol!

  • man, I like Nalbandian too, its a shame hes never wone a slam. Difficult question. But I think Nadal's is quite a lot better. With better I mean harder (especially out of the defence), with more spin (Nalbandian hits a great flat attacker) and more volatile (changes direction instantly and shoots angles from behind the baseline which are crazy: see Aussie open 09 vs. Federer). Oh yes, last but not least, he hardly makes any unforced errors

  • nnnnnno1: yeah when he flattens that baby out, he hits it as if he's right-handed!

    (which he is, haha)

question though, i'm also a big nalbandian fan so i wanna know what you guys think of his backhand vs rafa's? :)

  • shit, he plays it well! but his two-handed is the best in the game

  • He looks great!!!!!

  • i use the aeropro drive plus with cortex and a shock absorber...im fine with it but does that mean its like dead dead? dont know why im asking but o well lol
