SPGVL1-94, and i can tell you without a doubt it is NOT on that vinyl. there is no other releases listed on discogs under that artist name "L'll Louis". 4,500+ views and nobody knows?

This song is NOT by the legendary Lil' Louis, folks, but by L'll Louis, a Canadian house producer who stole the name and sampled several tracks to make this one track. Tracks sampled: male vocals sampled from Tony Lee - Reach Up, female vocals sample a track by Karen Young, while bassline sampled from Lil Louis - Atmosphere.
