  • Is this Bach's music?

  • @ratface111 MacGuyver would be proud!

  • What is the name of this beautiful music? Thank you.

  • @ftryew aren't you just.

  • @ninebreaker21 Just use an artificial thigh. I made one out of a car sponge and a tee-shirt.

  • @paull244 One of Pauls major considerations for adopting this position was to free the right arm from holding the guitar (and not just the problems with his back as there are many alternatives to the foot stool) this allows a far greater range of expressive possibilities. I think the results speak for themselves.

  • Muy bonito... La belle. beautiful.. .♫..♪

  • That was awesome!

  • @paull244 i dont know any facts, but my guess is because it feels better to him. Have you ever tried that position? Its actually quite comfy i think.

  • @DuoContinuo You speak truth. As a classical guitar student trained with a footstool, I really messed up my lumbar spine. I explained the footstool to my chiropractor and he nearly had a heart attack. For those interested in playing in a more familiar angle than Galbraith's "cello" position (which is indeed comfortable and ergonomic), I recommend a guitar rest that props the treble side of the upper bout above the left thigh, reproducing the classical position with both feet on the floor.
