"A Passage To Bangkok" was released on Rush's 2112 album in the spring of 1976. This album remains one of my all time favorites to this day. This incredible album broke Rush into the big leagues....well maybe not quite the leagues that Moving Pictures accomplished 5 years later, but it was one of the records that me and my friends listened to constantly for years.

Looking at tune selection for my first Rush video, I first briefly considered the title track, all 20+ glorious minutes of it.....briefly! LOL!.....and decided that I'd better set my sights on something a bit more manageable and modest.....and "A Passage To Bangkok", that first song in the awesome string of shorter tunes that followed the title suite, was chosen instead.

I hope you enjoy it.....maybe I'll get around to "2112" one day after all?!
