  • Wow what a deep voice,The very best in my books.

  • I had this record when I was a kid, till my brother broke it. I loved the B-side the most.

  • I sang this in a competition back in high school. I've loved it ever since.

    But why didn't he do the other three verses?

  • Man, My grandad's grandad sang him this song, as he was a sailor, of an era that is now bygone, its been a tradition to pass it down generationally since then... Brings back alot of memories of Great Grandad (RIP Pappy), even though he was old he'd never fail to sing this song to me, and a fine strong voice it was, even then.
