I guess it is a bias viewpoint since I'm not from that era. But in America we had/have Green Day, Metallica, Areosmith, Guns N' Roses, All American Rejects, Linkin Park, Yellowcard, All Time Low, oh and Lynyrd Skynyrd. That's just some, and one can argue Blink 182 even though they formed in Canada. Pop and rap is good to listen to every once in awhile, but for the most part pop is shit along with Mainstream rap. Obviously this entire conversation we've had has been bias/opinionated...
