I just started using it today it's so intense it goes to 100% I have it on 14% I'm scared to go higher it feel like it would beable to rip me in half at Just 50 and I can do normal sit ups 400 strait I'm a boxer FB/thephillysuperman

@vlFTW depends...everyone has muscle but if you don't do cardio to get rid of the fat that covers your muscles it will not show. You will get bigger but you will not get cut.
