Dave looks a little bit tired. Probably just past his bedtime.
He looks like a Victorian time traveler who's arrived in the middle of the 1980's. Very out of place, Very eye catching.
I can't imagine he was thrilled at the idea of going on that show but with no Promo Vid, I suppose he/they had to do as much promotion as possible.

The female inteviewer is a moron!! She is so patronising towards them both. And love how she dismisses Barry Ryan's fairly serious accident by changing the subject. Oh, and her clothes...! It was the 80s but you can't blame a decade for plain old bad taste. She must have been a VIP client at Laura Ashley.
