This is a remake of the original Ultima 1 in XNA with C#. This is very early footage of the engine exploring the (largely featureless) continent of the Lands of Lord British. The map was recreated from the original Ultima map files and has been enlarged to hold many interesting features. This video also demonstrates the primitive combat system allowing the hero to kill a series of wandering monsters.
