  • I just got a pair (not fitted) and they fall off the back of my heel. I did not attach any band or string to it. I am assuming it should not fall off the heel even without the band and string?

    Do you know if every pair was the same style/size? It sounds like the shoes were too big (every time). They should be tight enough to hold and support the whole foot. You will feel some pressure on the tips of your toes, but you shouldn't feel a whole lot. If the shoe is too big, your foot just slips down into the shoe. Imagine someone holding you at the waist and lifting you up. If they didn't "squeeze" you enough, you would slip through their hands.
