3000Gts are fast cars but there weight kills them...how did you adress this issue?

Minor weight modifications now, cf driveline and hood, possibly the back hatch. Since the car is more geared towards show, weight isn't our major concern right now. But in the near future, we'll start slapping on more carbon fiber mods.

I just got done working on my 3000GT today..

they are real hassles to work on...but there body styles are so epic and sexy.

3000gt holds great potential but b/c of cost and hassle of the setup nobody really bothers to do it. Im glad this is being done finally to a 3000gt not too many are modified. but once complete its a killer on the street. it pays off.

@DFresh892001 What do you mean by that? Are you saying the only difference between a VR-4 and an SL is the AWD system? There are two turbos too bro. Or do you mean it's easier to buy an SL and swap the engine for a Twin Turbo one with FWD?

3000gt's are easy to work on if your a good mechanic. But people just learning about working on cars or cars in general, its not an easy car to understand and work on. I've done a lot of work on my vr4 to make it reliable and better than it was from the factory. Great Video BTW!!

I will admit to everyone that working on this car is a PITA, however, when you get it running right, it is a fantastic ride. There have been many times I wanted to just quit, but I am very glad I never turned my back on my car.
