Just a few more recipe ideas for this time of the year - I DON'T like canned cranberry sauce one bit, but home made rocks! Cranberry jam quite good off VLCD as well spread over Wasa.

Nice to see so many new hcg'ers posting vlogs - and getting the truth out.

  • can this be done on either phase 2 or 3 or just phase3

  • Cranberries aren't on the list but has very little carbs in 2 TBSP.

Many already use the WASA crispbread as their grissini.

The buckeyes would kind of depend, since they're ketone friendly work for most people, but there are some who don't tolerate them well. If you've done macs or choc D with good results you should be fine. (and it's rather good as far as healthy food goes)

  • have i told you how much i loved you today?! your making this journey so much easier for me. thank you!

  • I can't wait to be on p3 just to try the these, but the chocolate delight is truly a delight. Thank you for coming up with the best recipes!

  • when using wasa crisp bread instead of the grissini or melba toast about how much could i have as a serving in p2? And for a sweetner instead of splenda could i use a sugar free coffee syrup?

  • Drop the liquid onto a sheet of wax paper in 1/2 teaspoon amounts. Put in fridge to firm up. Do not cover in fridge as the cold dry air dessicates them a little and makes them even better.

  • Hi delmem, I don't have a vlog and you seem to be the recipe guru here, so here's an idea maybe you could vlog about. Got a sweet tooth? Like gummy bears? How about some sugar free, calorie free gummy drops? Take a box of sugar free jello gelatin in your favorite flavor, put it in a bowl, put in an equal amount of Knox unflavored gelatin. Add 1/4-1/2 C of hot water and stir until crystals are dissolved. (Less water makes a firmer gummy if you like that) Rest in next post.

  • OMG you just saved my holidays with the buckeyes. I'm not from Ohio but the Buckeyes are very very famous in Missouri, its a traditional christmas recipe there. I will be making these for now on and not feel like I'm cheating. Thank you so much.

  • LOVE the buckeye idea! :)
