As a way to reduce pollution, car pollution curbing is already many decades old. But since we can make electric or other cars that don't use gas at all, car pollution curbing is totally obsolete and a louzy excuse for green policy. Just make a program for 5 years to replace all cars with gas-free cars. Don't waste time and money to catalyzer-level devices.

wow your right co2 is a hell of a pollutant .. ok so stop breathing that would be a good start and while your holding your breath, instead of listening to all Gore who has ran for president and failed then decided all of a sudden omg im a expert in climate, research the current population of polar bears. and btw you cant tow a boat or trailer with your prius which is fine if you have no life with no hobbies, but some people do and if if the tech. was available i bet everone would buy there shit
