Wow, listen to that TV host try and get the last word over and over to make it seem so horrible that someone wore a gun. Fear mongering... "Anything could have happened!". Awesome job by Ron Paul interrupting him each time he tried to force change the subject ending with his BS point.

Such a great way to prove a point.... you cant show up with a T-shirt saying "I hate all dumbers than Joe the plumber" but you can walk with a loaded gun.

He used to be ok during bush cause he was all anti-war and wanting to prosecute the bush crime family. It was just that he is now supporting his crime family.

I believe the man who had the gun admitted it was loaded during the Chris Mathews interview.
Ron Paul did a great job on this interview.
Liberals were sympathetic to the Black Panthers who would be in public with machine guns. The CIA killed black panthers and were a part of the JFK assasination. So we want to protect the people and the president, just get rid of the cia.

Bringing up the chance of someone else grabbing his gun and shooting people is more of an argument for allowing concealed weapons than not allowing weapons at all.

I really quite like Ron Paul, and I have to say Ed's first interview with him was extremely poor. He was trying to paint Ron as your typical right wing know-nothing, hate-mongering moron.
Ron Paul actually has a good amount of substance and is an intelligent man, though I don't agree with all his views.
I have to say it is sheer lunacy to let a man with a gun near the president though, in such a hostile environment, depending on how near he got to the president.
