The 17-year-old girl that police say caused a fatal crash in Midland Monday has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Police served 17-year-old Kailey Rosales with a warrant in the hospital this morning.
Police say tests show she was intoxicated at the time of yesterday's accident, but the level of intoxication is still being investigated.
Rosales was driving a Ford Explorer when she changed lanes, lost control, went into the median and went airborne.
The SUV crashed into the Lexus killing 53-year-old Patricia Hochman.
Rosales is still undergoing medical treatment at Midland Memorial Hospital.
It's not the alcohol that caused a woman to crash her car. ;)
Really though, that's pathetic. Don't spend money to treat her, just let her recover on her own in her cell and let whatever happens happen. Maybe giver her a bit of blood if she lost any.

17 years old and was intoxicated? How about the thoughtless person who made the alcohol accessible for her use..wonder if he/she will be arrested also
