Obama is an EXCEPTIONAL speaker. Apparently is common for presidents not to write their own speech. Thus far, Obama has written most of his speeches.
Can you point me to a video where Obama is reading of a TelePrompTer (and it can't just be once or twice, that's ridiculous) and can you show me were he fumbles? You don't have to like the guy but his speeches are unbelievable.
