So Kanno's "Jamming Gear." Done at the Institute of Advanced Media Art and Science. Each module controls a different sample, whose playback speed it controlled by both the speed and direction of the gear. Different gear teeth ratios create phases difference in the samples, resulting in polyrhythms.
