Received EMP from Chinese sub knocking out the transformers that were on line and creating the fire. In retaliation we lobbed a mystery missle of the coast of Ca that same day. Check dates of mystery Ca. Missle and this event. Chinese were conducting military excersices in Eastern pacific dureing this time as well, while Obama was in India. Like to see the damage and trace the source back to the power distribution panels.

The CO2 has to be released manually and it can only be done once all crew members have been evacuated. While it usually saves the ship from sinking and the fire from spreading, there is enough time for the fire to do serious damage.
The ship has six main engines, but the fire damaged the switchboard. I call it bad design.
As far as I know, US Navy is more than willing to offer assistance just like nearly any other navy in the world. They wouldn't be very popular if they didn't help.

it was an emp attack by the chinese that diasbled the ship, russia has identified the signature of the attack, just like they identified the tomahawkcruise missile we launched in response, time to wake up

1. There are CO2 fire control systems in the engine room.
2. There are usually 4 engines in a ship this size.
3. The U.S. military does not normally offer assistance
