@henchmastaflex same here!i find a shot of toradol is the only relif i get from my migraines no medicne works other than toradol!i have mine 24/7 never go away i always shake and puke there is no good i get black spoys with me.ive been unresposive for an hour from one once.have u tried toradol?it may help yours if u have not tried it i have super chronic migraines and get abdodominal pain too!i have a dmaged/inflame sternum right now from throwing up so much from them.hope u find relief!

try checking your patients heartrate/bloodpresure during a severe migrane for abnormalities. if migrane involves symptoms of fainting look for heartrate/bloodpressure drop. also have your patients teeth looked at, this may sound funny but im betting 70% of migranes are misclassified and are actualy people with undiagnosed dental toothaches.
