@KeenoMajeeno1 Cheap is more of a play style than it is a character....Sagat has plenty of moves. It just so happens that chucking plasma is the proper way to zone with him (and knocking you out of the sky with uppercuts and knees).

It's strange watching these SF4 videos; I've only played SSF4, and I wonder what the hell the developers were thinking when they set up Sagat in the way that they did.

@sho76und3wd That is the magic of Sagat. You don't have to be the better player. As long as you don't fail at Sagat, you win by default.

i think everybody in the SF community should just go on strike by only maining Sagat and making the shit boring until the decide to make Sagat better but not so cheap. When I say better. Im saying a better fighter yes i kno who he is and he is the king better than Ryu blah blah im saying not so fucking cheapp on the game,

@sho76und3wd how did he get outplayed? he was incredibly clutch and almost lost but a fadc got him back in the game to win...

Indeed. Both Ryu and Sagat were broken in regular IV. Ryu is pretty balanced in Super, though, and Sagat is actually pretty bad there.
