  • good video man

  • @solimiansky Thanks friend!

  • good idea with the battery warmer trick.....how did it work out?

  • It worked out great! It was very cold on this day and i was able to get a couple hours of video on the one battery! In fact, the footage for all 3 series i put up were taken on the same day with the one battery!

  • good video. loved the sound of whispering pine. oh so therapeutic.

  • Ever thought about trying a Dakota fire setup? Great vid, I'm envious because I hunt WMA in central Florida and we can't camp just anywhere.

  • If you cook with fire... your messin up. It's poisonous unburnt gases. Remember that when doing marsh mellows, don't be impatient! Have your good base of coals. Cook on one side and dry your wood on the other while making new coals. Build a pine bow wind deflector and own the wind to your favor. My wind deflector usually hangs in a tree so I can move it or use it on the ground. I like your videos, but need some fine tuning. Keep up the good work.

  • its good to get a cut from the lid , you can cut some good fish just right with that , like innuetts

  • It looks like you have one of two problems brother. Either too much green wood(smokey) or the wood is burning at the bottom not the top so you are not getting good heat radiance just smoke billowing out. An easier way is to make a cross section bed first, then spiral cone of wood and a little spot where you can make hot coals to cook over.

  • Alot of people just call it a tripod and I bring a wire hanger to hook the pot on to the tripod

  • What area of Canada are you filming this program?
