I'm not interested in your interpretation of the 14th Amendment.

SHOW ME WHERE in the Constiution where a natural born citizen is defined as a child born in America to two U.S. citizens.

And I'm gonna ignore the notion that Obama has "loyalty" to countries he's never fucking lived in (Kenya, UK)...

DoubleTalkingJive, you conveniently forgot those formative years from ages 6-10 he lived in Indonesia, a Muslin Nation. A simple oversight, for your advantage, I'm sure. You also seem to prefer overlooking the COTUS is law, and has been law for 233 years. Now it seems to me that if the COTUS was good enough for every other president to follow, by the practice of being born to two USA citizen parents on USA soil, then COTUS, should also be honored by Obama. If you feel different meet me offline.

I didn't realize living in a foreign country to attend school for a couple of years meant that you were no longer natural born.

I guess that means BIll Clinton wasn't natural born either. He went to Oxford, you know.

Anyway, you keep dancing around my question, and keep mentioning the Constitution, although you STILL haven't told me what part of the Constitution states that a "natural born" citizen is one who is born in U.S. to American parents.

So by that logic, since all preceeding U.S. Presidents were WASP, white men...one can conclude that blacks and Italians need not apply for the job?

Constiutional eligibility isn't dictated by precedent, genius. It's dictated by..THE CONSTITUTION!!

And NOWHERE in the Constitution does it say that both parents have to be U.S. citizens for someone to be considered either "nautral born" or eligible to be President.

The Constitution, is the law, and has dictated eligibility of all branches for 2 and a third centuries. Those long ago established laws of eligibility have been de facto followed, requiring little or no challenge, until now.

Now We the People do hereby challenge, one Barack Hussein Obama II, to prove his authority to serve US as POTUS or resign.
