@DrArvay .... ML "doctor" give me a break... just google "maximized living" and see what pops up...

@froghairs ... let me answer your question... chiros are all taught to be quacks.. just like this guy.... there is no such things as a "subluxation"...

chiropractors CAN NOT help with diabetes! there's absolutely no research backing up this claim, go ahead and look it up (anecdotal evidence is NOT research). its like saying, can a mechanic cure your cavities!

mrdompt, you are unaware of just how powerful the spine is. My cousin's, step uncle's fourth brother had dandruff and was itching and flaking like crazy. Sure enough after seeing a maximized living "doctor" the dandruff cleared up and is now itch, flake and unfortunately hair free.

@DrArvay "subluxation" is the "silent killer"... that sounds soooo scary and crazy (which it is).... i love the interviewers looks of disbelief. "pressure on the nerve causes diabetes." give me a break... this is nuts!

I would be interested in knowing references to scientific/medical studies that show spinal manipulation to help diabetes. Do all Maximized Living doctors hold this belief? If so, there must be some studies, right?
You really want to find a maximized living chiropractor. Not all chiropractors are the same. Some have different focuses on treatment. It can be confusing. The major premise of chiropractic and it's original philosophy is that the body needs no help being well just no interference. Maximized Living chiropractors seek out the interference and remove it by adjusting the spine in a way to bring about correction and healing. I hope this helps.

Do all chiropractors know how to make these adjustments? Is this something that is being taught in chiropractic schooling? I would like to know more?
