In heartgold sometimes hen I catch a trainer's pokemon(I used action replay) it says :do you wat to give a nickname to the caught bad egg? I wonder what it means? can some one tell me.

I thought i was about to get a bad egg because my empoleon had 5 eggs in under 5 minutes an wouldnt stop breeding!

It's not really a bad egg, the game just calls it that sometimes. It can happen with an Trainer's Pokemon.

i caught the champions milotic and it said give a nickname to the bad egg but it looked normal and it could battle and everything. I don't think its really a bad egg its just a glitch.
