That doesn't look like a ribbon mic. It looks like an large-diaphragm condenser, probably an AKG Perception. Can you confirm the model?

He just needs a true VOICEOVER voice... like the typical deep, "ONE MAN..... ONE DESIOOORRE."
Oh and he is obviously wearing a superman costume because it was halloween at the time... My god ppl.. Open your eyes and ears and just don't post idiot comments like ,"wats wid the stupid costume".. It was completly irrelevant.
