WRX whistling on boost

Ripped apart IC pipes and carefully fitted them back on, retighted all clamps around the IC and checked all vacuum hoses. Problem fixed, funny noise is gone and car goes like never before. =)

Figured it out now. The bov / blow off valve leaked. so changed the gasket there and sound gone!

I got this same noise going on, I believe it to be the TB to IC hose that's leaking under boost, taking the car in next week to have it checked out :-(

@kutchabo hehe they prob will. got a new whistle now hehe, i know its a blown exhaust gasket somewhere, snice i change my up pipe without replacing new gaskets. so one of them are really blown!

@mageftw1 I have a similar sound to the video. I only just replaced my tmic and res used my bov gasket, i'm hoping my new gasket fixes this problem :)

Same things just happened to me mate, new turbo fitted and exact same noise. Guess that's what I'll be doing this weekend.
