Jim Houser is Managing Partner at Creative Trust, directing the companys Management Operations. Jim joined Creative Trust in 2001 after five plus years at Sparrow Records in artist development, marketing and his legendary work with radio in their national promotion department. He arrived in Nashville in 1995 after five years with Focus on the Family, where he worked as a producer and editor for the ministrys nationally syndicated daily radio program, as well as several other Focus broadcast properties. In the late 90s, Jim was co-creator, co-writer, and co-host of The Power Magazine, a nationally syndicated entertainment music program heard on over 300 stations. Jim graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Broadcast Production from Cedarville University. He and his wife, Sarah, have three children, Stephen (9), Grant (6) and Katie (4).
