i believe that has a lot to do with joe being a southpaw and lacy having problems connecting at the right range. I dont believe lacy has all the power people say he has but think he has a decent punch to gain respect whoever he fights. but he eats more clean punches than he throws and that has always been his problem and always will be.

u kno maybe jeff lacy has lost a step..but the guy had a terrible loss against joe c. then came back only to tear his rotator cuff.then he hasnt fought alot lately so he defintly has ring rust.my thing is fought and scratched to win.and i mean cmon when did hitting & holding,and hitting in the back of the head become legal??some points should have been taken..plus i think lacy could beat taylor.

If Lacy fights Taylor like he did Mendoza, he'd get starched. I'm thinking Taylor's speed would give him fits. Lacy matches up better against Edison Miranda, IMO.
