Nice video, but most dealing with monarchies seem to dwell on uniforms, weapons, armies, etc. Monarchies have given us so much more. They supported and fostered great architecture, museums, churches, libraries, schools, hospitals, art, music, science, trade, etc. I am of Austrian and Dutch heritage, and military things are not the first things that come to mind when I think of the legacy that many good monarchs have left us.

Exactly. Many people think Monarchies focus on military supremacy, and taking over the world, which is not true at all. Austria never focused on becoming the main Military Power, they focused on the arts and their culture, which is why Vienna and Prague were considered two of the most beautiful cities in Europe. And it is 100% true in what you say. Without Ludwig II, where would Wagner have been? He would have not recieved the supprt and funds he needed, and I doubt *continued*

That Schloß Neuschwanstein woud ever have been built. People need to start to learn History, and see the facts. I am personally offended and disgusted when people consider Wilhelm II a warmonger, when if they knew, they would find that Wilhelm II didnt even want the First World War. His British and Russian relatives even admitted it!
