Diagnosed with ADHD?

I was on the fence about whether to upload this video or not due to various reasons. But I believe that this new diagnosis & experience is a part of my story and how a diagnosis can change/be added over time. I also feel sharing my experiences can help anyone who think they may have ADHD or ADD or may have been recently diagnosed. I plan on uploading more videos following what happens with new medications and how my life changes.

That's the thing with Ritalin. Is it usually only last 3-4 hours per tablet. That's why it's supposed to be taken multiple times a day. I take it 3 times a day. Anyways, whatever you settle on I hope it works out for you. Most people have to do trial and error before they get it right and it can take a long time.

well depending on the dosage, he has one of the highest recorded in the netherlands.

I know a friend of mine has ritalin but that's for extreme cases.

me also living with ADHD...it's hard sometime like to turn off the tv that inside my head and also can be good such as can think deep inside of a things that normal people can't do..

@kattterina I got lucky with Ritalin on the first try. I did have to play with the dosage to find out what worked best for me. I originally took it twice a day for about 8 months, but recently went up to three times a day. I'm still at 10mg because it works for me. I've never tried anything else so I can't claim that Adderall or Dexedrine would be better. If you liked how Ritalin worked you could consider taking it more times a day like every 3 hours, that way you don't get the crash with it. :)
