Music: Title track from Switchfoot's album, Hello Hurricane Josh runs an 8 mile tempo w/ the Mammoth Track Club on Green Church Road during his prep for the Cal International Marathon. Also, scenes from his final 1,000m repeat during a track session at La Jolla High on December 1, 2009.
