im a hilo boy, always down with the mehana. when ever we have a pa'ina, we get the mehana pony kegs. humpback my favorite!

@kalanikoag black butte from deschutes is my default 'mean' porter; and kona brewing's pipeline porter

it was a lot better at a little below room temperature.

no hop bitterness so i think it would make for a decent vanilla float -- and the vanilla might combat that twang at the front.
