  • Would you say that a preacher on Youtube who is preaching, and suddenly starts talking in tongues on Youtube, is demonic? I'm wondering, because speaking in tongues is mentioned in the bible, but - I there's a preacher on Ytube who starts speaking in tongues during a deliverance video and it made me feel uncomfortable, other than that he seems like an honest preacher and I like his video's - except for that, which made me uncomfortable. What do you think of this?

  • @Lorelle1020 I don't know if it's demonic ... I'd have to see it to determine that. But, at the very least, it's deceptive and it's being done in the flesh.

As I said in my video, when tongues are spoken and not interpreted, it is an act that is not scriptural and therefore not of His Kodesh Spirit.

  • Allen, I once (ONCE) went to a church where the ENTIRE congregation was jumping around, arms wailing around, and they were all speaking in tongues. I'm talking...like...hundreds of them. It freaked me out. I'm pretty sure that nobody was there to interpret, and even if there had, that interpreter would have gone insane with all of the jabbering going on. Funny when I think about it now. I don't know why I'm telling you this. Perhaps i'm permanently scarred. I feel better now.

  • @Genesis21Six LOL! I understand.

  • what does the word Kodesh mean? I wonder how many people will be in the Kingdom of the Creator if hardly no one knows how to speak of HIM or address HIM or even the basics -

  • @33point3 "Kodesh" is the word He wrote that is interpreted into the pagan word "Holy."

I'll be doing a video about these words very soon - they make a huge difference in our understanding and in our relationship with Him, too!

  • @WatchAlan Hi and thanks - (self deceptive) This was the feeling I received from watching this person go into a passionate tongues episode. He's never gone into an episode of tongues when he was speaking calmy or normally, only when he was already in a hyper exhuberant state. I agree, I don't think it's demonic - but deceptive.

  • Awesome Video!!!! You confirmed everything I already thought about speaking in tongues!!!!!!!!!!

  • @candiceevans1 That's a good point ... and yes, I agree totally; it *is* bearing false witness, aka lying.

  • @33point3 PS: Please don't be offended, but referring to His Kodesh Spirit as "Holy Ghost" always strikes me very oddly; a ghost is the spirit of a departed human being! His Spirit is not that ... as you know. And, I realize it's a KJV thing, but it deserves correcting.

    Shalom!

  • @33point3 Writing in tongues would more commonly be called automatic writing; a demonic form of divination. Most times I've experienced people speaking in tongues, it was done in the flesh - anyone can do that.

One of the authentic experiences I know of is where a guy was talking in tongues and it was in Italian ... he didn't know Italian at all and neither did the one who accurately interpreted ... but an Italian-speaking person in the church confirmed it all.

  • have you ever heard of someone writing in tongues? I saw a video where people were laughing & acting super strange & they were saying it was the Holy Ghost but it looked evil to me. I saw this other video where a guy siad he can talk in tongues when ever he wants - he just starts talking goo ga gaa unga bunga flipa flapa but I think he is faking it - plus i think it's a gift directly from the Holy Ghost & it only hits someone if a witness is there & a person can translate, because the message -
