They played Portland, OR a couple nights before this & Signe Anderson joined them... SO, if this is an Airplane reunion the Portland gig was the original Airplane reunion...(1st time since 66?!)

I think I have this on casette tape, recorded from FM 104.5 KFOG in SF.
I'd say 1988 or 1989.

It gives you shivers when Grace raises her voice. It gives you the feeling they are going to launch but of course we are in wooden ships. The audience looks like it will erupt at that point 1:20. Too bad they didn't go full electric ... Grace seemed to be ready ... but then they would have had a riot. Some people think they weren't not a riot band but I was there in 1970 and there was a riot.

This was not an Airplane Tuna reunion.
Hot Tuna with Paul did a tour together in the late 80s.
(Saw them in Poughkeepsie.)
When they were in S.F. Grace joined them for a couple of songs.
Papa John also played a few songs while there.

@DeliriumDayz I wish I had to original, don't remember where I found it. It was never released to the public that I know of. I have the DVD from this night but this was not on it.
