@FoundationsofPause Cultural variations, and the different type of 'drawings' as you so simply put it, make the world of differences, thus the difference between an Anime and a Cartoon. Do not rob anime/manga of its cultural origins simply because it poorly translates to 'Animated Cartoon', they are worlds a part.

@Ilakkyan That's just different culture. Doesn't change the fact that its just some drawings. Some guy or a team of people making entertainment. That's all it is. Anime and Manga are just terms. Animation.

@FoundationsofPause Westernized definition of a cartoon is far different from the definition of "Animated Cartoon" in Japan. A cartoon is bugs bunny and tweety show, whereas this is an original manga series that was developed into a Japanese "Anime", don't get hung up on the semantics.
