*sigh* as a kid in middle school at the time, The 2002 team was the reason I started liking basketball, and the 2003 team really made me feel that we had a shot..that april through june was just awesome, the nets in the finals, devils playing for the cup
aside from the Giants winning the super bowl nothing has really come close to being as good as those couple of months were, as far as sports go
here's hoping Harris/B-Lopez can be the start of a team that makes it back there someday

i'm not sure about you all, maybe you are nets fan.
but when I watch how spurs play, I knew from game 1 they would have won.
they had 2 starting lineups team back then.

The Nets have NO FANS. They're only Knick fans who change the channel when the Knicks are in the crapper. What they need to do is move to an area where they'll generate a real fan base. They should move to Seattle and become the new Sonics.

nets were amazing but liu11 is right they needed a more powerful center i think to grab boards becuase k mart could not do it alone. jason kidd made menyon martin a geatr player too but since he got traded hes not the same player which sucks and now i think carter doesnt play good with kidd whcih is practically like good team basketball thatswhy i think carer should get traded and they should restart that team and leave kidd there to start it fast

The problem of the Nets is only one: LAWRENCE FRANK!!! Please Thorn, fire the coach! He can't be an head coach: too young, never played in NBA. He never make good (yes, except the 13 straight win, his first 13 game!). With him we loose, loose and loose. Year by year, season by season every time loosing :( Byron Scott with the SHOWTIME make the Nets a great Team, and that's the game for Kidd. Mike D'Antoni, that's a coach! And Steve Nash had to thanks him!
