Thanks a lot for this video. The leg drive direction tip really helped me.

Excellent explanation on the leg drive, I was using it to some extent, but the direction was not correct. Thank you.

Jennifer in my honest opinion i think you are the greatest raw bench presser in the history of the sports guys included

How much could you actually bench if u use the back arching? Really nice tutorial video by the way :)

Your tips were instrumental in setting a 20 pound PR on bench today, thank you!!! I would be most interested in watching or buying any other bench instruction videos you make.

I hate when ladies over-arch on the bench. Definitely not your case. Also great piece on the leg drive - I'll try to incorporate it. The only thing I don't understand is why you choose to drive out your elbows, almost bodybuilding stile. Not criticinzing, thou - you're a great lifter.
Thanks for posting this. I found the explanation of hand placement and leg drive particularly helpful. I was wondering if there are differences in setup or focus when going for a 1 rep max versus max number of reps at a lesser weight. Thanks again, you're my hero!

@flyingfeline the set up is the same for every set, even warm-ups. Focus on all aspects including the tightness and leg drive even when you are warming up. This will assure they never let you down when you need them the most.

Finally I got a proper explanation on Leg Drive, but at what point do you execute the Leg Drive, at the same time you press or a split second before? Thanks for posting this video.

@dunivanh you to tighten your legs and start to drive as you lower weight. This helps you roll up on your traps. Then you hit the big push right as you start the press. But you have to drive in the right direction as described
