Just to explain how we did the measurements, we knew the distance from the sun of each planet.Then we figured ratios. Neptune (last planet) was roughly 78 times farther from the sun then Mercury (first planet). From there, we positioned the other planets, which BTW, are sized for scale, accordingly.
I dont remember learning this when I was in school!
