Federer's speech after defeating Nadal in Madrid.

Roger produced a terrific display to beat Rafael Nadal 6-4, 6-4 and claim the Madrid Open title!!

  • Doesnt Federer know Spanish??

I'm quite suprised coz he knows almost all other European Languages!!

  • He speaks German, English, French and some Italian. That's not almost all European languages!!

  • What about suisse, swedish,etc!!??

  • He speaks Swiss German which is a dialect of German and he doesn't speak Swedish (that I know of at least)

  • Federer conquered Roland Garros, Nadal failed to continue his dominance, and now it seems that Federer will battle for no. 1 once again. Apart from that, they are obviously incredible players and athletes(to me Federer is already the greatest ever so far), so, the real comparison between these two should be made after the end of their careers. Till then, let's just enjoy their rivalry... and may the best win! Hope to see them fight for a lot of Grand Slam finals in the future...

  • ROGER THE BEST!

  • @Jaishankar100 if you re suisse than you can speak german automatically, he doesnt speak swedish, and there are about 15 other languages in europe my friend.

  • @Ru7di He knows a few scentences (spelling :) in Swedish

  • @Ru7di

    Italian?

I know he knows German and Swiss-German. But Italian?

  • the last sentence ^^ i love this slight arrogance :D still a great sportsman :)

  • doesnt matter what he speaks-_-

he's just brilliant, and so is nadal...

  • @YoSoyZuri I dont think your theory is correct. I am a RF fan, but I also really like Nadal. RF didn't have to beat Nadal last year at RG, but that was Nadal's fault, not Fed's.

  • @federerbestclass That's four Australian Open titles

  • @lbetweenthebars lol....u kno? that didnt occur to me haha. but we dont kno for sure.

  • @BrotherTree1 he meant the women who were there at the trophy ceremony, receiving their awards, I thought.

  • Fed and Nadal are not of the same generation.

Does anyone honestly believe that a 28yo Nadal will be competing and winning GSs against 22 yo opponents.
