For third costumes, do you get them when the character's prof. is 10 or something? I never notice when I get them, so I can't keep track .__.

There's no official date yet, but expect a fall 2008 release.

PS2 in America, perhaps on Xbox 360 if KOEI plans for this are similar to the original Musou Orochi. There will be no PS3 release, but the game should work fine on a PS3 since it's a PS2 game.

Some of the characters even have skin color changes in their alternate costumes?
It actually seems right for Kiyomori to look like an African person, no offense intended.

Kiyomori's 3rd (shown in this video) has devil red skin.
A lot of characters do have African skin tone changes as their alternates, which I find annoying since Chinese and Japanese people aren't brown skinned.
