Horizon High School's production of "Footloose: The Musical" on Friday, March 23, 2007.

Props to the stage crew for turning the house while Vi is transitioning from the interior to the porch. Can you see them? Don't think so! Oh and I know this is orginally just with Vi and Ethel as a duet, but our director thought it would sound better as a 3-part harmony so she added Ariel to the mix. Hopefully you like how it sounds!

I had this on DVD, so I downloaded a free trial of a DVD Ripper so I could get it onto my computer, hence the watermark "Evaluation Copy." So hopefully that doesn't take away from the experience.

  • This is AMAZING!!! Wow...Bravo. Great job!

  • Thank you very much!

  • I love all of the sceans do you have any without

    singing? like just lines

  • I don't have any of the dialogue scenes on my computer, just the songs, but I can try and get them on if you'd like. :D

On 'Holding Out for a Hero' there's dialogue after, but just on that one because it's special. Haha!

Um are there any particular scenes you want? And it might take awhile for me to get them on youtube because I'm quite busy at the moment, but I'll try!

    Thanks for the compliments!

  • Not the best vocals independantly, but together, wow, great. Good job :)

  • OMG this is great! I just got cast as Ethel, and I hope i can be as good as this Ethel!

  • good acting

  • Hey, Me TOO!

    :)

  • I heard that in the 2005 revision of the show, they added Ariel into this number anyway.

  • Cool set.

Vi's voice is really shaky though.

I like Ethel's voice it kinda has a weird tone but its mature so I like it.

    And Ariel is obviously amazing.

  • Probably the best highschool version here on Youtube. (In my opinion.)

I'm Ethel in my school's production. It's good to see some insight to how it should be done. ^^ Especially 'I have to practice.'

  • actually it's origionaly 3 parts in the highschool script.

  • Yeah, that's how our production is going on as well. I'm playing Vi in it.
