I see no "ECONOMIC EMBARGO" on these beaches and luxury hotels?

The Cuban dictator Fidel Castro says that the reason why the Cuban people live in abject poverty, and its buildings are collapsing on their heads, it's because Americans (USA) imposed a trade blockade, and a cruel economic embargo. . How strange? ... Here in these places, I do not notice any "Embargo" ..
