Catherine Malfitano is wonderful, as always! Her Dance proves that a woman can be extremely sensuous and erotic without being completely naked.

Unusual--but it works! (that Catherine is big boned Italian girl). Here is an example of modern staging actually working for a change. It's contemporary,refreshing--and most importantly sheds insight into the psycology of the characters--but does not call attention to itself at the expense of the plot and the music. Stunning!
