Thats cool, but I plan to vary my amps and volts based of the test car's TPS and load conditions, so as to make the best mix without O2 sensor dilution.

Safety must always be first.
My spark arrester works great, and I never ignited the hydrogen with the cell energized.
Also, I liked the work you posted so far.

The plates are just pain stainless steel washers. My power supply is a 12 volt battery boosted to about 13.5 volts. I think my amps were about 8. Yes, I dumped in a bunch of baking soda.

I hope to buy a little Geo Metro for my test car. Washers are connected by wires soldered direct and there are no neutral plates. The 12 plates are arranged + - + - + - + - + - + -
