error!!! error!!! the flight departs dallas at night at around 10PM

@qantaspilot95 "Realtime" Was in reference to the time it took to fly (1x simulation rate). The intent of the flight was to arrive at YBBN for the VATPAC Panic Stations event (seen in part 2). Therefore the maths was simple. Flight takes 15hrs. I had to arrive at 8:30pm Brisbane time. Departure was 5:30am Brisbane time. Forced into it by virtue of the vatsim event.

@JACKO13100 Oh and of course ATC from Vatsim, internal sounds from various real life interior sounds, some sim sounds too from PMDG, and even a couple of sounds from Leonardo Maddog MD82 sim... and there's even some sound from a Melbourne Tram running down a road in Moonee Ponds at about 10pm...

Hi Trent, since you're more or less a "hardcore" pilot, I was always wondering. Where do you get your gate info for your flights? Airport websites, vACC websites? etc. Its easy to find Terminal information for flights, but not an exact gate idea.

How do you do find that info?

@1053857 Various methods depending what's available. Sometimes the Airline website. Occasionally the airport website. and more often than I like to think about, other more difficult methods such as closeups in Google Earth. In the case of this flight, there's a video of Youtube of a Qantas 747 pulling up at gate D6 at KDFW.
