I dont know what part of the world your from... But here in the United States we spay the cats on the stomach and not the side of the cat, Where it can be seen and leaves the cat looking ugly.

i would love to become a vet ... my mom says id make an excelent doctor but i told her that i am going to have more animals than people... plus jd just got hurt and we could have saved over 300 dollars to day: )

This video is heavily edited so a lot of the prep, procedure and aftercare that i filmed was left out. The reason being Iwanted to keep it very short, without unneccessary gore to reassure pet owners considering this procedure.After all this is the most common procedure pet owners have done to the animals they love, and it can be distressing wondering what is being done. So in watching this they have a clearer idea and feel more comfortable.

When female cats and dogs are neutered/sterilized they are "spayed" by removing their reproductive systems.
